I love my family but I also do love indoor/houseplants, foliage and flowers too. As a health care worker and health conscious person I am not only looking after my physical health but more on mental health and I found peace and tranquility whenever I am close to mother nature....

Who does not agree that PLANT makes people happy; a stress reliever; purifies air; helps you sleep and keeps you healthy?

They say "She who plants a garden, plants happiness" and I have no doubt at all coz I can only agree with it....
