I started Time 2 Train Fitness in 2013 as an outdoor boot camp company in Long Beach, CA. Time 2 Train Fitness received awards for Best Boot Camp during its four-year run, and I won Best Personal Trainer from the local newspaper. At the end of 2020, Time 2 Train Fitness was rebooted with an online spin. Moving into 2022, Time 2 Train Fitness focused on improving the quality of online workouts and creating channels that empower its subscribers and help them develop a consistent workout routine.
I have bachelor's and master's degrees in exercise science and am working toward my doctorate in health & human performance.
