Welcome and good morning! Let's go through this all levels 15 minute yoga class to set the tone for the day ahead. This is a wonderful stretch you could do every day for strength, balance, stability and relaxation. There will be a few fun challenges in this class but remember that everything is optional.
There's a big emphasis on building hip flexor strength, core strength and balance in this sequence.
No props are needed, just get into something comfy, unroll your mat and let's get started!
