By moving beyond repetitive drills to include systematic warm-ups and cool-downs, the initiative aims to prevent injury, maximize athletic performance, and instill long-term physical wellbeing. These routines focus on correct movement patterns and dynamic recovery, supporting healthy development during key growth years. Effectiveness will be evaluated through surveys measuring the immediate and long-term impact on player readiness and recovery, ultimately fostering a safer, more sustainable foundation for young athletes' golfing careers
