Actually, I upload these videos on my channel every day to stay positive. I don’t know exactly why, but whenever I work on creating and uploading these videos, all the distracting things automatically stay away from me.

Making these videos keeps my mind focused and calm. It gives me a sense of purpose and motivation. When I am busy editing, thinking of ideas, and uploading content, I feel more productive and disciplined. Because of this routine, negative thoughts and useless distractions do not get much space in my mind.

In a way, my daily video uploads help me stay mentally strong, positive, and focused on my goals.
