Vinayaga Natyalaya

Vinayaga Natyalaya one of the pioneering in Dance is taking Bharathanatyam to the rural people. It is run under the able guidance of Dr.S.R.Meenakshi Raghavan who has many honours and who is relentlessly pursuing Bharathanatyam and has vision of taking the ancient art to the common people without compromising on its quality. The institution has been invited to participate by the Tamilnadu Tourism Development Corporation and Department of Art and Culture in their various programs. The Institution has given opportunity to participate in the programs conducted by South Indian Cultural Academy and lyal Isai Nadaga Mandram of Tamilnadu.

With this she started teaching Bharathanatyam to people in and around Chengalpattu, Mahabalipuram, Maduranthakam, Tirukalukundram,Chennai etc., are some of the areas in which this institution started teaching dance. More than 800 students are now part of this Institution.
